Avana Cordoba Apartments are located southeast of Downtown Phoenix. These luxury apartments offer a series of floor plans with stainless steel appliances, spacious closets, and pristine interior details. We replaced 75ft of iron fencing with our frameless glass pool fence system. This visually opened up the outdoor areas immensely, offering clear views of the beautiful pool areas while adding a modern touch to these luxury apartments.
