The Oleander is a beautiful new multifamily community located in Brookhaven, GA. All aspects of the interior and exterior design were artfully curated to promote a “holistic focus on living well”. There are relaxing spaces where neighbors can engage in conversation and wind down after a busy day, naturally lit floor plans that emphasize comfortable living, and common areas with elegant details. In the clubhouse lobby, our Fully Frameless Glass Stair Railing makes a striking statement. The stainless steel shoe and cap rail are covered with a custom wood veneer to tie into the rest of the interior aesthetic. We also enclosed the pool area with our AWS Aluminum Windscreen system and Commercial Aluminum Gates in dark bronze. This glass pool fence system enhances security while lending a modern aesthetic to this beautiful complex.
